  • CS2 Trading Tools: Eligible for refund within 48 hours of purchase if software has not been downloaded or activated.
  • Event Tickets: Eligible for refund up to 7 days before the scheduled event.

2. Conditions for Refunds

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

2.1 Digital Products and Guides

  • Refund request must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
  • The product must not have been downloaded, accessed, or used
  • For skin guides and investment reports, the information must not have been viewed

2.2 Premium Memberships

  • Refund request must be submitted within 7 days of initial subscription
  • No more than 20% of premium content can have been accessed
  • For monthly subscriptions, pro-rated refunds may be issued for unused portions if cancellation is requested before the next billing cycle

2.3 Coaching Services

  • Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session
  • No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for refunds
  • Sessions that experience technical difficulties on our end will be rescheduled or refunded

2.4 Event Tickets

  • Refund requests must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled event
  • Late cancellations may receive partial refunds at our discretion
  • If an event is canceled by CS Gaming Hub, full refunds will be automatically processed

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following purchases are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Products that have been downloaded, accessed, or used
  • Services that have already been rendered
  • Custom-developed trading strategies or personalized content
  • Promotional bundles or heavily discounted items marked as "final sale"
  • Purchases where fraud or violation of our Terms of Service is suspected
  • Gift cards or promotional credits

However, exceptions may be made in cases of significant service issues or product defects at our discretion.

  • Credit card purchases will be refunded to the same card
  • PayPal purchases will be refunded to your PayPal account
  • Bank transfers will be returned via bank transfer
  • Cryptocurrency payments will be refunded in site credit or the original currency, depending on feasibility

In certain cases where the original payment method is unavailable or impractical, we may issue refunds in the form of site credit or an alternative payment method agreed upon with the customer.
